1. How do I pay?

Click the My Profile button in the navigation bar across the top of the screen. At the top of the map in your profile, click Add Membership Days to be taken to the billing page.


2. What methods may I choose to pay?

These are the available payment methods. You can see more detail on each method by accessing the billing page as instructed in question 1.
-Pay Pal. You can pay using your paypal account name. This is not the same as your Sea Of Love username. You must be signed up with Pay Pal in order to use this option. With PayPal, you can pay using your paypal balance, a credit card, or an electronic check.
-Credit Card through Verisign.


3. How do I tell when my account will expire?

Click the My Profile button in the navigation bar across the top of the screen. At the top of the map in your profile, you will se how many days you have remaining.


4. How many times will my card be charged?

We offer one time payment or automatic billing. For one time payment, your card will be charged once when you purchase or renew your memebrship. For automatic billing, your card will be charged once when you purchase and once every billing period thereafter, until you cancel the automatic billing option. For example, if you choose a 60 day membership, your card will be billed once at the time of purchase and once every 60 days thereafter.


5. How much does a 30 day block cost?

A 30 day membership is only $24.95.


6. Do you have discounts for more than one month?

Yes! There are several membership discounts available. See question 1 for instruction on how to view the billing page which lists the membership periods available.


7. Why does this member not answer messages I send?

Some members do not visit Sea Of Love for extended periods. When viewing another member's profile, you can see when they were last logged on.


8. How do I upload my photograph to my profile?

Click the My Profile button in the navigation bar across the top of the screen. Click the Edit button in the Photos section. Click Browse in the Upload A Picture box to select a photo from your computer. We accept jpg, jpeg and gif images. If you would like us to upload your photos or If you have an image type that we do not accept and you would like us to convert it to an acceptable type and upload it for you, you can email us the photos, along with your username, at solphotos@seaoflove.com.


9. What type of photos do you accept?

We accept jpg, jpeg and gif images. See question 9 for more details on file type. We allow something similar to the Playboy standard of nudity in the photos. No pornographic photos, including child pornography, is allowed anywhere on Sea Of Love. If you encounter either of these types of photos, please report them to us immediately, along with your username and the username associated with the suspect photo, at admin@seaoflove.com


10. I STILL can't get my photos to display on my profile!

We may be able to help. Email us the photos, along with your username, at solphotos@seaoflove.com


11. How do I delete my photo or change the order they are displayed?

Click the My Profile button in the navigation bar across the top of the screen. Click the Edit button in the Photos section. Click the photo you want to delete. When the larger version appears, select the Delete checkbox and click Proceed. You must delete and re-upload photos in order to change the order they are displayed. See question 9 for instruction on uploading photos.


12. How do I change the answers in my profile?

Click the My Profile button in the navigation bar across the top of the screen. Click the Edit button in the Profile Information section. Make the changes and click Proceed at the bottom of the page.


13. I've changed my email address, how do I change it in your records?

Click the My Profile button in the navigation bar across the top of the screen. Click Change My Email Address in the Account Information section.


14. How do I change my password?

Click the My Profile button in the navigation bar across the top of the screen. Click Change My Password in the Account Information section.


15. When filling out my profile I put in the wrong age!

Click the My Profile button in the navigation bar across the top of the screen. Click the Edit button in the Personal Information section. Make the changes and click Proceed at the bottom of the page.


16. I have met someone and would like my profile deleted and account closed. How can I get this done?

Send an email to admin@seaoflove.com. Include your username and password along with a request for removal.


17. How do I get in touch with seaoflove.com staff?

We take pride in fast, effective response to our member's needs. There are several ways to email us with questions:

18. Can you please send me this member's e-mail? I talked to them every day for the last year and they suddenly left the site.

We cannot give out our member's personal information. Hang in there. Many members leave for several days or weeks for personal matters but do return later.


19. What is the Drafts folder in My Messages?

The Drafts folder is a place to save a message and send it at a later time. To save your message in the Drafts folder, click the checkbox at the bottom of a message before proceeding. To send a message that is in the Drafts folder, click the Send link at the bottom of the message.
